Pursuant to amendment 2017-4A, as determined by the 2nd seated General Assembly of Patients, Caregivers and CBOs, existing, credentialed CBO partners will no longer be required to complete full credentialing annually. Instead, Partner Profiles will be updated on alternate years. All partners will be notified if they will re-credential on even or odd years. If you are an existing CBO from 2020, then you will not be required to re-credential for 2021. Instead, please complete this Partner Profile Update. HOWEVER, if you have been a partner with the Consortium since 2016, you will need to complete full credentialing this year. Please visit the Credentialing Portal to re-credential.
