The Annual Sickle Cell Patient & Family Convention is the only national patient-organized and hosted meeting focused solely on individuals living with sickle cell disease and their families. The agenda is designed by the sickle cell community with topics identified by patients, caregivers and healthcare supporters. The entire Convention is organized by patients and caregivers and hosted by CBO Partners. The Annual Community Awards Gala is presented as part of this Convention.
